nut brittles with maple syrup or other maple recipes
Does anyone know of any nut brittle recipes made with Maple syrup? I am a big maple fan and would love to know of ANY recipes with maple that are special.

I looked all over the place and could not find many "brittle" recipes using maple syrup but there were many using maple sugar.
I did find a couple of "maple walnut bars" and stuff like that. There may be a chemical reason why you can't use maple syrup for candy but that's a question for Shirley O. Corriher...LOL.
