I don't like blueberries or raspberries...
...but they are so good for you, I would like to incorporate them into my diet. Any recipes where the flavor of these berries is minimized?

Maybe in something with Cranberries, like a cranberry sauce or jam? I've been considering making a cranberry raspberry jam, and I'd imagine you could play with the proportions so the cranberry is the dominant flavor.
Or juice? My dad drinks a lot of dark fruit juices (like grape, cherry, pomegranate) for their health benefits and I know I've seen him with an all natural cranberry raspberry juice.
Do you like the flavors more once cooked? I never eat raw blueberries, but I love them in my sunday morning buckwheat pancakes.

I would never attempt to cover up the flavor of either of those fruits. If I were you, I'd scope out a fruit you like that offers you the same benefits.

Maybe in a smoothie? With bananas and yogurt or milk?
I make one frequently with Green Vibrance powder, frozen bananas, berries (or peanut butter) and soy milk (sometimes chocolate soy milk if I'm feeling really wild and crazy) -- it looks like nuclear waste, but it tastes good and it's super healthy.

Hmm. Mash them up and put them into heavily-spiced applesauce? Or bake them into a heavily-spiced apple pie? Though if you cook them, I think you might destroy a lot of their nutrients, which would defeat the point.

I agree about the smoothie. Bananas often cover up other milder flavors and would be good to use.

While I may have prepared a salad for lunch and regularly consult a slew of vegetarian cookbooks, I agree w her in principle. Virtue in the kitchen should be defined by virtuosity rather than aceticism.
As long as you eat a balanced diet that includes a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables you like, don't worry about the ones you don't. Yes, we need food to survive, but eating should not be a duty. It's disappointing enough when you grow up to realize that kids aren't the only ones who have to do stuff they don't wanna. Why add yet another dreaded item to your To Do list?
P.S. Your tastes might change had you access to fresh, newly picked wild berries vs. those cultivated, shipped berries that were bred to sell all year long. Then, again, maybe not. Berries tend to combine tart and sweet elements, contrasting qualities that Driscoll and CA scientists have bred out of strawberries. You may feel the same way about Concord grapes as you do about blueberries: biting through tart, frosty blue skin isn't worth getting to the sweet, viscous innards.
Some sweet tooths find raspberries more palatable when they're combined w sugar and lemon, and strained or cooked in syrups, ice cream or baked desserts.

Here is what I did since I am a berry hater. I copied the mcdonald's yogurt parfait and put frozen berries (in season I put them in zip locks and freeze them) in with some yogurt and some granola or cereal. The frozen berries have a different texture which is my peeve. I like the flavors but not the texture. The texture frozen is changed and problem is solved.

I also suggest a smoothie with banana and apple sauce ( 2 tbsp) plus wheat germ (1 tsp), use only a few blueberries or raspberries, maybe 6.

a strong dislike of a specific food often is a sign that your body is allergic to it. eat something else instead, take your multivitamins, and don't sweat it.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I know people love them, but these particular berries taste musty to me....weird, I know. I will give the smoothies a try :)

I'm of the opinion that if you dont like it, I dont think it will do you much good. Find something else with nice dark colours in it that you like instead.
