Cooking with Fage 0%
Can I substitute Fage 0% for creme fraiche? I have a recipe that calls for swirling a small amount into a sauce, and was hoping to use the yogurt instead. Any advice?

What kind of sauce?

Since creme fraiche is closer to sour cream, you may not be able to use the Fage . It does depend on the specific sauce.

Oh, sorry! I was looking at the coq au biere recipe in 's blog. Chicken, onion, mushrooms, gin, beer, flour, butter and some herbs. At the end, she added the creme fraiche followed by a little bit of sherry vinegar.
I have used Fage to replace sour cream, but I'm not sure if this would be too much of a jump.
Thanks for your help!

Looking at all of those ingredients. Fage would not work. Your welcome Kerosena.

I think 0% would break - full fat would probably work.
