Anyone making an All Organic Thanksgiving Meal?
This year I'm in charge of Thanksgiving and I'm using it as a chance to show my family that everything on the table can be organic. They'll probably not care as long as it tastes good, but with all that butter being used I at least want it to be free of hormones and chemicals. Anyone else attempting this?

I don't know if it will be entirely organic.. More likely a combination of local and organic...I have to sit down and really figure out where I will purchase all of the ingredients. Right of the bat I am not sure if I will be able to find organic or local cranberries..

Our turkey is locally owned and raised. Everything else will come from my butcher or local big box grocery store. Its next to impossible to find organic cranberries in that special "can" shape. [grin]
