What are the best vegetarian restaurants in Manhattan?
I am tired of Curley's and the others in the East Village (not that they are bad -- they are good!), but I have eaten at them countless times.
Any suggestions?

R.I.P. the Zen Palate - IMHO the very best - but sadly it's going out-of-business because of skyrocketing rents.
For me it's now the dosa cart guy at the southwest corner of Washington Square Park.
