Vegetarian-, pescetarian- friendly places in NYC?
I'm looking for a nice place for an anniversary dinner. Most of the places I've found have one fish option and (maybe) one vegetarian option and that's just not the way to go, in my opinion. Does anyone know of a good place that has veggie and fish options in abundance?

I have to thank again all the great vegan responses a couple weeks ago.
We ate at Hangawi on a Friday night (glad we made reservations) and had a truly wonderful meal, the oddly I thought the entrees to be the weakest part of the meal (not bad at all, just not as amazing as the appetizers and salad, and soup), but with 5 courses preceding it, I was already more than happy. Great recommendation, but they don't have fish. I am getting happy just remembering the food.
I drooled over pure food & wine but will have to wait until next time.

the easiest route is to go for an ethnic restaurant (thai, chinese, indian). you'll definitely find vegetarian entrees and fish entrees at these places.

The focus is fish. I advise you to visit the link, look at the menu and keep plenty of tissues around to catch the drool.
