What's your favorite topping for chili?

A big, steamy bowl of hearty chili---what topping makes it extra good? As the weather cools down, invite a few friends to watch football & plan a chili buffet with various toppings. I like a variety: cheddar cheese, avocado, sour cream or crushed tortillas.
