Italian vacation/restaurant suggestions

I will be in Italy in two weeks-my first trip there, and will be in Venice for three days, Florence for three, and Rome for four. I'm looking for restaurant suggestions and would appreciate any input. Thanks fellow eaters for any suggestions.Sincerely, Remycat
