Momofuku Brussels Sprouts recipe

I haven't seen it anywhere on this site yet, but Gourmet magazine did a feature on David Chang and published his recipe for Fried (actually, roasted) Brussels Sprouts! Here's the link to the recipe.

I had tried replicating this dish and am glad to see an official recipe. Has anyone else tried replicating the Brussels sprouts from Momofuku Ssam Bar?

Nice link, fun recipe, chungle.

A different use for breakfast cereal, too. I'm wondering now how Corn Pops would take to that sort of treatment, as a topping to roast cauliflower perhaps, with a similarly balanced sauce but definitely with hoisin as a component. :)

FYI, Indian puffed rice isn't hard to find so long as you live near an Indian grocery store! (It goes by the name of Mumra, which always makes me and my brother laugh because that's the name of that mummy guy from He-Man)
