Holiday Party Time-Need Recommendations for NYC
I need to find a spot for my group to have our holiday dinner. We like to eat and drink. There will be 8-10 of us. In the past we have gone to Tao, Dylan Prime & Tribeca Grill to name a few. We are willing to spend money, want to have a great meal ( 1 vegetarian) and be in a good atmosphere. Last year my list was a mile long to choose from but this year I can't think of any good spots.

You could try Wolfgangs in Tribeca, or Blt Prime if you want steak.(they also have fish) I just ate in Anthos, which was the amazing for food, but the atmosphere was pleasant, but not jovial.

A Voce- good food, hip crowd
Cafe Gray- great food, pretty room
Eleven Madison Park- fab food(new chef) gorgeous room
I could go on and on, so see if any of these appeal to you

Otto and Lupa are great spots. Otto may be not be quite as fancy as what you're looking for, though. But the food and atmosphere are great (at both places).
Or how about Blue Hill or Fleur de Sel?
