Are you like Popeye...a spinach lover?
I'm reading it's a myth that spinach is high in iron so Popeye's strength didn't really come from eating all those cans of spinach :) Can't deny all the other nutrition benefits as well as its mild, ever-so-slightly bitter taste & versatility. I use spinach in salads, lasagna, omelets, on pizzas & tucked in quesadillas. Do you share Popeye's (and my) addiction to this power-packed vegetable?
