What are your favorite omelet mix-ins?
This mixture of eggs & seasonings, cooked in butter, provides us with wide open possiblities for filling or topping options. Create savory or sweet ones, open or folded---served anytime of the day & can impress guests! My favorite mix-ins are mushrooms, brie, & asparagus. What are your best omelete mix-ins?
