toppings on your hamburger... your "go to" combination?

OK well besides foie gras and white truffles. Being realistic what would you want on your burger?

Bacon, egg, cheese, lettuce.
I'm probably the only Australian who doesn't put beetroot on their burger.

american cheese, mayo and ketchup. the only reason to put lettuce and tomato etc. is to hide inferior meat.

Real basic; mayo and sweet green relish.
Favored combo; mayo, carmelized onions, sauted mushrooms and crisp bacon.

Mayo, ketchup, dill pickle, lettuce, onion. Hold the cheese.

cheese, mustard, ketchup dill pickle & sauteed onions

bacon, cheese, fried egg. onion if it's sliced right.

sauteed mushrooms and onions!
basic would be dijon mustard and dill pickles

mayo, ketchup, thin sliced raw red onion, pickle... and if there's cheese, swiss.

mayo & slice of beefsteak tomato

a slice of raw onion nearly as thick as the burger
or burger 'au poivre' style with bluse cheese and fried onion rings.

onion, mayo, ketchup, bacon, cheese. Mmmmmm.

Lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese (preferably a high quality American slice).

puree of caramelized onion, pimenton dulce and some kind of blue.

lettuce, tomato, mustard, ketchup, and a slice of cheddar :)

cheese, pickles, mustard and ketchup. Sometimes lettuce, onions and tomato.

Mayo, swiss, sauteed mushrooms. Great, now I need a burger fix!

Depends what I'm feeling like;
Salsa, red pepper, and jack cheese
Roasted portobellos, brie, and apple slices
Muhumarruh (A Moroccan red pepper and walnut sauce)

Is it sad that I'm a plain ketchup kind of girl? Ok, sometimes I like cheddar cheese too...or thousand island dressing.

Chew on That

green olives, mixed into mayo with a little dijon mustard.

Mustard (any kind!) and tomato (gotta be ripe). And unless it's pretty amazing in itself, a bun doesn't contribute much to a burger. I rip part of it away to expose the burger, leaving just enough to keep my fingers slip-proof.

Goat cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, and tomato. Delicious.

Am I the first to mention green chile? Gimme me one of those with mustard, lettuce, tomato, a little onion and melted cheese. Oh, and waiter, may I have an order of freshly-sliced fries to go with it?

1) ketchup and blue cheese (don't make fun of me!)
OR
2) ketchup, mayo, caramelized onions, grilled mushrooms and swiss cheese.
