There is great Vietnamese in Chinatown in Paris--both take out (traiteurs) and the sit down places. Check out the TimeOut Paris section, which is printed in the back of Pariscope, which you can buy at any kiosk around the city. Or just go to the 13th and pick a place with a lot of customers!
