Everyday I eat_____________

Even though my meals change on a daily basis, there is a constant. Everyday, I have a snack of semi sweet chocolate chips. Is there some food you can't live without, and must eat it everyday?

coffee...does that count?

Ooooh. If coffee doesn't count, I'll say Peanut Butter.

Some form of cheese (includes soy). Some type of bread. Brown rice almost every week day.

I guess I make the rules on this one- so I say coffee counts.

cereal with fruit

tea and whatever fruit is seasonal. I'm enjoying apples right now.

I eat chocolate chips every day, too!

Coffee, peanut butter, and lots of fruit.

Gotta have 12 oz coffee before noon every day!

Fruit, usually pineapple.

tea aside, i usually need to have some type of fruit a day, or it just feels weird and i begin to crave it. i go for pears or apples, whatever is seasonal and ready to eat from the backyard.

Milk products. Mostly cheese and milk.

flaxseed in something.

Wasa bread (knækbrød, however it's called in English - the flat, crunchy stuff). Also raw carrots and roasted almonds.

coffee, bread, cheese

It's terrible but my coworker has a bowl of chocolates out on her desk, and everyday...I eat one.

Chew on That

An egg. It's probably been going on way too long, but I just love waking up to a fried egg and a piece of toast.

PB, no doubt about it.

i will go to great lengths to make sure i get to eat berries every day.

Apples and a bagel (usually).

raisin bran topped with bananas and vanilla soymilk!

Butter, without a doubt. Steamed veggies, bread, and popcorn are merely vessels for smooth, creamy, sweet, salty butter.

Lately breakfast has been a single piece of whole grain bread spread with cottage cheese and yoghurt. Oh, and definitely a vegetable with/for either lunch or dinner.

I pretty much always eat an apple, and usually some yogurt.

Bran in one incarnation or another. A muffin, cereal, or added to oatmeal. I also have multi-grain bread daily. After all, nobody ever said, "Protein...The Staff of Life!"

I always eat a leafy salad and if I can, some cooked greens. I just don't feel like I'm getting my vitamins if I don't.

twix and diet pepsi start my day
