zuchinni patties
Marilyn talked about a recipe for zucchini patties. I know it was 5 cups of zucchinis, 4 eggs, salt & pepper to taste, Parmesan cheese, but I don't know what else is in the recipe. How do I find recipes on Marilyn's website?

That sounds like the recipe for zucchini pancakes from Fannie Farmer. It has zucchini, cheddar cheese, flour, and eggs, and they're topped with Parmesan. They're really great for rounding out pasta with tomato sauce.

These sound soooooooo good! This idea for a recipe reminds me of a crab/lobster/shrimp type of cake only substituting zucchini. YUM! I'd pair the zucchini cakes up with a bit of cool, creamy cucumber sauce on the side. Argh! My tummy is rumbling. I need lunch stat! :))
