For something healthy and sweet, try this recipe for coconut date rolls from my blog:

1 lb. pitted dates
1 c. almonds, roasted (optional)
1/2 c. unsweetened dried coconut flakes

Whir the dates and almonds (if using) in a food processor until a paste is formed. Roll heaping tablespoonfuls of the paste in the dried coconut and form into logs. That's it!

PS - I will have to try the watermelon and feta snack, as I am a huge fan of sweet and salty together. Chocolate covered potato chips, anyone??

speaking of fruit and cheese: lately i have been digging fresh figs, roasted garlic, balsamic and farmers cheese on toast.

Apples or bananas with a spread of peanut butter
Slice fresh peaches in a bowl & top with milk
Kashi TLC Chewy Trail mix bar

apples definitely
or a bowl of kashi cereal w/cinnamon

The other day I was at a friend's and she had this amazzzing homemade chickpea pesto. We spread it on some pieces of bread and topped it with goat cheese and a tomato - so delicious!

Chew on That

I love eating pieces of fresh apple and mature cheddar together. for a slightly less healthy option, dab on a bit of onion or mango chutney. I also love eating deli ham as a snack. Or, white, semi-skimmed milk. It always makes me stop feeling hungry.

Cherry tomatoes, carrots, pecans, roommates' leftovers ...

Either carrots and hummus or Fage 0% yogurt with a drizzle of honey. Delicious, filling, and healthy!!

veggies, fruit or a salba krispy rice cube.

Almonds roasted in a little touch of salt and cayenne. (Use almond oil for the roasting!)
