Do you tinker or are you tame with recipes?
I love to 'play' with food...I can't stand strict recipes...I like 'ideas'...sure...cakes and such definitely need fairly accurate measurements but I [for the most part] memorize how I make things and improvise with whatever is fresh/seasonal. I guess I just love to tinker...! What is your favorite recipe that you've tinkered with and improved upon or customized to your own taste? :)
