Admitting success? Easy! Admitting failures? Not so much.
When I was first learning to cook...egads! I wasted a LOT of food because I was such a perfectionist spazz and I couldn't stand the fact I'd created a failure. Often my hubby would come home...and see my 'failure' in the garbage and say, "What? That looked perfectly edible!" Are there any cooking failures you later mastered? Mine would be 'over-easy' eggs...I add a bit of salted water and steam/poach them and they turn out perfect every time. :)
