KBear: I've got an email out to Harry at WTB about the cuts/ratios, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't share it, since he's pretty secretive about his recipes—and who could blame him. The truth is, I'm not quite sure what he uses; I just know he makes some amazing burgers there.
As I mentioned earlier today on AHT, my favorite was the onion burger. I'm not a huge fan of the butter burger, and the pimento burger was tasty but a bit too sloppy for my likes.

Definitely the Onion Burger.
I had high hopes for the Butter Burger, but by the time I got to sit and eat it, the butter had soaked through the bun. And the plate. Blech.
Pimento Burger was better than I expected but didn't dazzle me.

Onion. Pimento needed more oomph in the spicy. Gerald from Foodite and I agree it needed Sriracha.

Kbear: Harry just emailed: "We use 100% black Angus chuck, ground twice coarsely."
