What kind of food would you prepare with Sparks, if you had to?
Friends are preparing a meal with Sparks as a main ingredient. (Sparks is like a cross between Red Bull and Colt 45)....yes, it is a curious idea, but one that needs to be pursued. One thought is a braised shank in Sparks, what else? The flavor of Sparks is somewhat Citrus-y, it has ginseng and guarno, a little bite to it....
