Printrestaurants near the National Theatre in London
I am meeting a friend for an early dinner tomorrow before seeing a play at the National Theater. I need a recommendation for a reasonably priced restaurant on the South Bank. Any ideas?

The Anchor and Hope in Waterloo is meant to be fantastic (I haven't been there yet, but everyone raves about it, including my boyfriend). I don't know what you mean by 'reasonably priced', but it's a gastropub, so it's relatively reasonable for London, which isn't saying much really. The main problem with it is that it doesn't do bookings, and because it's fantastic it's always full. But if you tried to go early you might have luck.
