This week-end I bought a dozen ears of local sweet corn....very early for WNY. It's incredibly tender & sweet....I roasted it on the grill with the husks on, then removed the kernals from the cobs from the corn that was leftover from dinner. Not sure what I'm going to do with it yet. What a pleasure to have sweet corn already!
Is there anything out early at the Farmer's Markets by you? What are you doing with it?
