no food anywhere
I hope it isn't just me that look for food late at night, and there is "no food whatsoever" in the frig or cabinets. I'm hungry but not hungry enough to go out.

So what are you asking?

not sure what you're asking either but if you're looking for easy meals when you're tired late at night try rice, shrimp, catfish or crawfish. i was raised on a bayou in south louisiana and still live next to one so seafood is still a natural for me. for a late night meal, peanut butter and bacon ain't bad either.

It may be that bobr has no *fresh* foods in the house -- or is living the bachelor lifestyle of tv sitcoms. In either case, head to the pantry for staples. There have been nights when a bowl of rice with soy sauce served as dinner-for-one. Boil some noodles and mix them with butter and herbs. think the point is: always make sure you have *something* on hand to ease late-night munchies. Something as simple as a scrambled egg sandwich can calm even the most restful insomniac.
