i'd like to learn more about cheese and keep up with the latest in cheese trends. any suggestions on where online to go to do this?

There is a site called cheesebyhand.com that I stop by from time to time. There's a podcast that focused on these two on Cooking up a Story (you can find it on itunes). Might not be the type of thing you're specifically looking for, but they really seem to have a passion for cheese.

I like www.cheeseunderground.blogspot.com I am in Wisconsin though and it is written by a woman who works in the Wisconsin Artisan cheese community. Pamilyn
