Headed to Fargo, can anyone name some good places to eat?

I'm headed to Fargo next week. I'll be shooting a wedding, but I'm hoping to find the time to sample some of the local eateries. Can anyone point me towards a non-chain place to eat in Fargo? Thanks!

Not exactly road food, but we had a nice meal at the Hotel Donaldson.

Grampart's list is a good one -- but incomplete: if you like locally-owned Mexican there's the Taco Shop (one location on S University, by the I94 exit, the other on N University and 4th Ave) is a good alternative to the Taco Bell/Johns chains, and they have 'grinders' (a sub sandwich). On Main Ave, between 8th and 9th street, is Mexican Village, a sit-down akin to Paradiso or ChiChis, with very good food, 1/2 price appetizers after 9, and cheap margaritas on Tuesdays. To add to the Pizza list is Duane's House of Pizza (one on S University, around 16th ave, and one on Hwy 10 in Moorhead) -- it's got lots more devotees than Happy Joes. Krolls, on Grampart's list, is excellent for local food; there's several around town. For nice, spendy, sit-down restaurants, you can't throw a stone without hitting a fancy restaurant in the revitalized downtown...I haven't heard anything bad about any of them.

That's for the recommendations. I'm headed out tomorrow. I'll try to get some food photos of the places I visit.
