Has Anyone Eaten at Ferran Adrià's El Bulli?
I just don't know anyone who has ... the always disputed #1 restaurant in the world.

I tried to get in a couple of years ago only to be told, essentially, "no way, we save our tables for people who aren't you." Sigh. (We ended up having a phenomenal meal at Jean Luc Figueras in Barcelona. Less "out there" than I expect El Bulli would have been but creative nonetheless.)

I have heard they take reservations up to a year in advance. And to think
Per Se with a two month waiting list was bad enough.

I have a friend who ate there with some friends and family. I'd say they're just normal people who made reservations way in advance. :) Although I think she told me that everyone in her party tried to make reservations at the same time so that their combined efforts would result in something...
