Definitely Fried Dumpling on Allen Street between Delancey and Broome. Their dumplings and pork buns are addictive.

I'm a fan of New Green Bo and Fried Dumpling. The pork soup dumplings or "tiny buns" at the GSI on St. Mark's are also worthy of a mention.

i go to dumpling house on eldridge btwn broome & grand - they tend to close early though, so i'm looking forward to others' suggestions.
