Anyone know where I can find a decent stuffed derma?
I've been craving some derma, a food I haven't eaten since my last bar mitzvah many years ago. Anyone know where to get a decently prepared version?

I think Ben's Best on Queens Boulevard has stuffed derma. I don't know if any place in Manhattan makes it. I've gotta believe one of those Kosher caterers on the Lower East Side makes it.

In Nyc, try Zabars, Barney Greengrass or Russ & Daughters( on Houston). I would think one of them would help you.
