Wedding Day Lunch in Brooklyn?

Having a tiny wedding ceremony at home in Park Slope. What is a great place to have lunch afterwards in Brooklyn? Its only 8 of us?

I would recommend the Savoia restaurant. We have eaten there a few times and it is a fabulous, romantic place. We tried to have my son's rehearsal dinner there, but they didn't want to close the whole restaurant for us (50 people); however a small party could certainly be accommodated. Pizza, fish, salads---everything is delicious at the Savoia.

I think Chestnut on Smith Street is just wonderful. They never fail to be delicious and the service is wonderful. They have a nice little outdoor garden too. Also, Frankies on Court is quite nice as well.

I suggest Frankies as well. They have a nice backyard garden, and a stable out back you can reserve for parties.

FRANKIES was my original idea. That stable out back is wonderful!

I vote for Frankies for the atmosphere and Chestnut for the food. Frankies food is really good, but I still think Chestnut is better.

Those were my two favorite places to go when I lived in Carroll Gardens. Sigh :(

Addendum: if you want to stay in Park Slope, I highly recommend Rosewater. Their food is delicious and they have outdoor seating, too.

I live across the street from Rosewater (i can see it now outside my window).
Unfortunately, they are not opened for lunch on a Friday afternoon.
There are many great places to go for dinner but not for lunch.
:(
