Weekend gourmet getaway

I am looking to get away for a weekend. I would like an inn, spa, or bed and breakfast within 2 hours of Manhattan ( can be upstate NY,L.I., NJ, Pa, or Conn.). I want the food to be amazing. Great breakfasts and great dining within the hotel, or in the area. Any suggestions?
