you know - i haven't cracked my copy open yet (bowing head in shame). i havent had a moment to sit down and read through it yet. but i will! the reviews on amazon are great, though.

I haven't bought it, but I visited it in a bookstore. I was excited to find a picture of that big-a** brunch sandwich that I never quite understood. Not sure whether I will purchase; I'm pretty attached to my vintage edition.

Just fyi, I ordered the book online at Epicurious for only $11.99....plus shipping of $3.99...And, I too loved the fiirst edition, which is why I was so interested in this new version....
