I have read about vocation vacations where one can participate in culinary activities. If you could sign-up for a fantasy gourmet getaway, what would you choose to do? Cooking classes with a world-class pastry chef or as simple as picking berries at a farm & preparing a pie with the owner? Travel to spend time living, learning & eating with a different culture? To feel less indulgent, I would add the exercise component & sign-up for the cross country Chocolate Tour ski & snowshoe event that makes 10-12 stops to experience chocolate fantasies---yum!
