Food-Related Collections?
Does anybody collect food-related items? I collect candy bar wrappers, particularly chocolate bar wrappers. My favorites are my M&M's "Plain" wrapper (before they went "Milk Chocolate") and my Necco "Bolster" candy bar wrapper that proclaims "Now 50% Larger!"

Do cookbooks count?

Sure!

Had lots of food-themed puzzles that I had put together years ago---put them in a spare bedroom---they completely covered the walls & ceiling--which was a total disaster when I tried to take them off the walls to sell the house!

I want very much to collect food and food-related plushies and pillows. Sushi pillows, those adorable meat plushies that were posted the other day, stuff like that. The closest thing I have now is a yeast Giant Microbe, though.

Neighborhood teenagers, who eat all our food ...
I'm with Dave, with plenty of cookbooks and plenty more where those came from!

I collect PEZ dispensers. I have close to 400 different dispensers old and new.

Food jewelry. And, of course, lemons.

Ice Cream truck models and memorabilia. The ice cream truck always made me happy as a kid...so this "junk" makes me smile when I look at it.

Aside from the cookbooks that have taken over my apartment, T-shirts, the weirder, the better.

Tomatoes. I have a very diverse and interesting tomato collection.
Coasters, planters, tea pots, tomato people, trivets, pictures, plaques.
I once ha da cell phone face that had tomatoes on it.

Admittedly, I have plenty of cookbooks, more that anyone could use in a lifetime but I am particulary obsessed with buying regional/nationally themed cookbooks when I travel. Some people collect little silver spoons or thimbles...

I also have tons of cookbooks, but my "collection" is red Bakelite cooking utensils. My new acquisition is a magic chef stove with red trim and red Bakelite handles - given to me by a friend who is remodeling, I'm so lucky!

pezbaby, we have friends with an extensive pez dispenser collection too. I thought it was one of a kind. Who knew? (unless you're them!)
