PrintRecipe for chewy pignoli cookies?
Pignoli cookies from Little Italy are delicious and so expensive! Does anyone have a fool proof recipe for a delicious chewy and soft recipe for the wonderful pignoli cookies?

I make 2 kinds of pinoli cookies one with almond paste and one that is like a macaroon(egg whites) type. Both are chewy.
