looking for an authentic recipe for a jewish russian coffee cake
i have been searching for a russian coffee cake recipe. there is a bakery in the lower east side of manhattan that sells one and sells to ZABAR'S. but i can't find anywhere on the internet. if is an amazing cake. i think it is a yeast dough, very dense, made with cinnamon, walnuts. raisins and honey and made in sheet pans.
so if anyone knows such a recipe, pls e-mail me.
