Favorite Duos?

Do you have to flavors or food items that you can't eat one without the other? I love caramel and whipped cream (especially on coffee). Also, I must have tartar sauce with my fries!

ketchup and fries, cereal and soy milk, peanut butter and graham crackers (i cant eat pb by itself, but never a graham without pb). i guess my favorite duos are little-kid favorites...with contemporary food items, i am more inclined to mix things up because i love trying new things!

When I eat cheese (not that often, admittedly) I need to eat it with something sweet: either piccalili or branston pickle or sweet gherkins. On its own will not do! And tuna salad doesn't really work for me unless it contails dill. And french fries with mayonnaise - particularly the very synthetic kind from Calve, but any will do in a pinch.

Cold non fat milk and Hot warm cookies

Beyonce and Shakira. Oh, wait, you mean food duos don't you? Ok, sunny-side-up eggs and a few dashes of Tobasco.

A fantastic duo of peanut butter and nutella always puts me in a better mood.

raspberry and chocolate. fries and malt vinegar. peanut butter and fluff. blueberry muffin and butter. bagel and smoked fish (cream cheese too)
tea with lemon. cheese on every thing I can get cheese on. cauliflower and orecchiette good warm italian bread and a fresh meatball (just one)
cheeseburger and pickle. Now I am hungry.
.

coffee & unsweetened soy milk
vanilla wafers & milk

Goat cheese and roasted red beets, smoked salmon and dill, cheese and french bread, kimchi and milk, shortbread and lemon, peanut butter and banana, cauliflower and sea salt, proscuitto and cornichons, scrambled eggs and Tabasco.

I only grub hot dogs with Arizona Heat Mustard...oh so good

Swiss cheese and deli mustard has become my latest obsession.

steamy, chewy pretzel with mustard; chilled sake and edamame. I love peanut butter and bananas too!

There are some very strange combinations up there! I mean, kimchee and milk? I can't imagine any two foods that would seem more incongruous when eaten together.

My own favorite duos are weird to some, I'm sure. Nutella and 'Nilla wafers, Gallo salami and barbecue Fritos, crispy and salty crinkle cut fries dipped in Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce and soft, plain goat cheese with a drizzle of honey on Sunmaid rasin bread.

PB & B (for bananas that is)

Clare K - Kimchi and milk? Do you eat kimchi straight (without rice or other carb) and drink milk with it? I suppose milk would tone down the spicy kimchi but I just never heard the two put together...

watermelon + feta cheese! (Nigella Lawson mixes these two plus black olives, red onion, mint, and parsley, and it. is. amazing.)

and gummy bears/Swedish Fish + dark chocolate.

French fries + chocolate milkshake.

(I'm not a junkfood junkie, I swear!)

Absolutly no question about it- Ranch Dressing with my pizza!

Rooster sauce + anything.

There are so many...but these 3 I had recently:

Corn Dogs dipped in a 2:1 mixture of Mustard:Ketchup.

Tater Tots in Taco Sauce

Very Rare Steak & Garlic Salt.

Jambalaya and corn bread; fried chicken and cream gravy; Rusty Nail (scotch & Drambuie)
