your last meal

Although many people have asked this question, I love reading what others have to say. What would you have for your last meal on Earth? No limitations. Can be homemade by a loved one, fast food, or fine dining...anything goes.

Meat loaf sandwich on chewy whole grain bread with watercress and ketchup . . . aaaaaaaaaaaaaahh . . .

Chicken Fried Steak with potatoes and gravy and homemade dinner rolls. Yum!

Well, if I had an unlimited appetite I would have lobster tails, crab legs, raw oysters, my nonna's green lazagna and a big juicy steak.

Tough choice. Though the arrival of grilling season might change my choice to a nice Beer Can Chicken, I'd probably say good diner meatloaf with gravy, mashed potaoes and creamed spinach.

Sausage and mash with red onion gravy.

Easy. Gorgonzola stuffed sirloin with a side of butter sauteed red potatoes, steamed broccoli, ending with chocolate truffles paired with Port wine to finish it off! This is what I call heaven!

Wow...it would be one heck of a meal. Let's see, I'd start with some garlic sweet potato fries and bruschetta, then I would move onto a spinach and strawberry salad, and for the main course...fried chicken, red skin mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli (or a t-bone steak, medium rare). Ooh, for dessert: creme brulee...
