I ate "The Joy of Cooking" the other day and didn't gain a pound!

Try the Moosewoods Cookbooks. They make your standard foods but with less fat/ and fewer calories and always come out delicious. Last week made a cornbread from there that was made with whole wheat flour and plain yogurt and we actually liked it more than the normal greasy cornbread we make.

The only cookbooks I have are antique ones, that either are not useful anymore (questionable recipes...) or are way out of date(1880's)! I always use the internet if I want a recipe, there are a millions pages out there, if I like the recipe I have a file that I save it on my computer, so I can always refer to if later on. Google, "low fat recipes" and you'll get a tone of websites to visit I'd imagine!
