Truffle Oil
Well, my dreams came true recently, as I was given, not one...but THREE bottles of very nice truffle oil. Bestill my beating heart, I am in HEAVEN!
I am used to eating it with steak, on toasted bread, and on spaghetti and lasagna....
But I want something more with my treasure, I want to know how ELSE to use it other than just the ways I've mentioned.
the more ideas, the better because I'm FILTHY RICH WITH TRUFFLE OIL!

Adding some to scrambled eggs or to poached eggs is supposed to be really good.

a little bit to top of any kind of pureed or cream soup.

on top pizza after it comes out of the oven. make an aoili w/ it. garnish for carpaccio

Add a few drops to some melted butter and toss with air-popped popcorn. For a truly truffley treat, get some truffle salt and toss that with the popcorn as well!

I had a really amazing pasta once: bowties with grilled eggplant, zucchini, grape tomatoes, and truffle oil. I still have dreams about it.

Had a great zucchini salad in Florence which used truffle oil. With a vegetable peeler, peel zucchini in long strips. Toss with the truffle oil, add salt, pepper, pignoli nuts, and top with strips of fresh parmiggiano.
