scrapple in portland, oregon!?
so i moved to portland a year ago but grew up in VT... mom always made us scrapple for breakfast when my grandparents came to visit or when we went to see them (they're from pennsylvania)... after reading "30 days of pork" on amateurgourmet i want some scrapple! none of my friends have any idea what it is and i think it's about time... only problem: i have no idea where to find it out here on the west coast. any ideas?
