Recommendations for High Altitude Cookbook?

My wife is a very good baker; her cookies, however, don't turn out in Denver the way they used to on the east coast (according to her -- I find them highly eatable!). Not much else is affected by the 5,000 foot difference. It is her birthday soon, so does anyone have a trusted source for baking at a higher altitude?
