Which do you to sit down to a fixed menu or changing menu?
When you go out for breakfast, lunch or dinner would you rather visit a restaurant that offers basically the same menu every night (with daily special offerings) or would you prefer a menu that changes daily/weekly/ or seasonally? Or something else entirely? And does it change with breakfast, lunch and dinner?

I want every menu to combine classics that are simply too popular to take off the menu (assuming they are not seasonal items) and seasonal items. In theory I would want the aforementioned to be true for all 3 meals.

I recently went to a restaurant in Buffalo, The Coda, that has a dinner menu that changes weekly, although he may bring back favorites on a rotating basis. I love the concept because I am a person who gets bored and cooks different dishes on a regular basis at home...so the concept in a restaurant really appeals to me. As far as breakfast & lunch, a regular menu with specials is just fine with me.
