This week's 'New York,' photo of enormous clams, p. 55

Where's Triumph the Insult Comic Dog when you need him? How do you even begin to cook it? Just cut off 2" thick segments and pan roast? Must admit, doesn't inspire any food curiosity on my part.

Haha I was thinking the same thing; I stared at that photo for quite a while. It's oddly enthralling

those aren't clams, they're geoducks pronounced "gooeyducks".
