Hi Ed,
Tuned in to Ur inside Chat with Mike Colamenco, my FAVORITE WOR food person since 1965. I think of U both as "kindred spirits", love food in raw state, where it's grown, preparation, presentation and THEN the Ultimate: Taste. You endorsed a special kind of bacon now available to the public, I didn't catch name? Also what is the food world's definition of Gourmet and Gourmand, Please?
