How do I clean copper to cook with safely??
I have a obsession with the cooking of yesterday. Cookbooks and untensils that seem ancient! I just purchased a beautiful copper bundt pan that is very very dirty. I need to know how to safely clean it, so it can be used. There is alot of residue on it, and I am wondering if I use a copper cleaner such as brasso, if it is safe...
