Question of the Day: How often do you eat out in a week?

Got an idea of a fun Question of the Day? By all means, send it in!

One dinner, but I get my lunch/brunch out 7 days a week.

95% of my meals could be considered "take out". This is the side-effect of not being a good cook.

My husband and I typically eat out about twice a month. We bring our lunches to work every day. We do it to save money and also, I find that when we eat out often it's harder to lose weight. So money and my tight fitting pants keep us home! Plus I love cooking!

My lady and I have been trying to eat at home more often. With the easy availability of virtually farm fresh ingredients and our vegetarian menu, we can actually eat much better at home than we can at the restaurants in our neighborhood, which skew towards bar food and burgers. And calamari plates. and Macaroni and cheese. And frankly, though I love its from cheesey noodle A to cheesey noodle Z, you can only eat so many bowls of the stuff.

Having lived in Puerto Rico for the past 2+ years, my wife and I have eaten out twice, both in Holiday Inns (once in Ponce and once in Mayagues), and both when we had family visiting from the US. Resturants here tend to serve native Puerto Rican food, and my mother-in law does a better job. We will occasionally get roast pork or chicken from a roadside stand.

I eat out for lunch 5 days of the week. As for dinner, probably twice a month.
