Need good recipes for my new Le Creuset.
I just received the beautiful 5 1/2 quart round oven that I have been coveting for YEARS!!! Any good recipe suggestions? I'll try anything!

Ooooooh, I love me some Le Creuset. What color did you get? You could make this ultra hearty and delicious sweet potato chowder! Trust me, it's gooood and perfect for a cold winter day!

Thanks Adrienne! I got the fabulous flame orange pot. I adore it. I almost want to carry it around with me all the time. I think I might try this recipe this weekend.

No-Knead Bread! Just be sure to take the handle off so it doesn't melt! And go on and braise something... maybe pork loin or short ribs. YUM! Enjoy it!

My favorite things to make in my adorable red 7.25-quart round oven are slow-cooked marinara sauce, black beans with roasted peppers, or 5-6 pounds of apples for applesauce. I'm so happy for you!!
