Tom's Restaurant might be an option. 782 Washington Avenue [map]. Just a short walk away.
Soda Bar: 629 Vanderbilt Avenue [map]. It's a bit more of a walk but has better food than Tom's (unless you want waffles/pancakes). Last I checked, Soda opens at noon.
