Healthy food blogs?

Anyone know of any good food blogs that focus specifically on food that's good for you but still awesome?

I don't write specifically about that, but I cover a lot of health-related food issues on Megnut. Also Kate at Accidental Hedonist covers similar topics.

Oh my. There are so many out there that it's hard to keep track. Mighty Foods is a good place to start.

The Well Fed Network has a healthy eating blog at http://www.fitfare.net/.

I think Vegan Lunchbox meets your criteria.

It's not a blog, but it's a great resource: World's Healthiest Foods. They update regularly and have an RSS feed.

good suggestions, thanks :)

I tried to post this link earlier but it looks like it got taken down.

It is my blog on low calorie food. All of the foods I blog about are healthy -- no high fructose corn syrup, no hydrogenated ingredients. And, most have all natural/organic ingredients. So, low calorie, healthy, food ideas. I've featured fage yogurt, kashi cereal, frozen cherries, and all natural/organic frozen meals. Please let me know if you find the site helpful.

If you're on the south beach diet or are into low GI stuff, check out Kalyn's Kitchen: http://kalynskitchen.blogspot.com/. I don't do any specific diet, but my eating habits kind of lean towards sbd and a lot of the recipes on her site are just delicious, whether you're worried about dieting or not.

I'd like to throw my own blog into the mix:

I write about healthy, seasonal food, without obsessing on calories and all that other junk. I think your readers would enjoy!

I like http://cheaphealthygood.blogspot.com. At the end of every recipe, she calculates price and nutrition information per serving. Also, she's a great writer, provides a billion links every Tuesday to things going on in the foodie's world, and is just good clean fun. She has a weekly columnist who posts vegetarian-friendly recipes.

Heres a great site for healthy foods. Its main focus is on gaining and losing weight. Check out there tips on catabolic foods , wich are foods that burn fat. Yes! you burn fat while you eat.

I have made a blog on healthy food for anyone who want to change their eating habits and lifestyle.

Check it out at http://healthyfoodblog.wordpress.com/

@musclemonsters-that's a new name, welcome!

I recently found a site called Calorista. They test lots of different healthy foods and rate and review them so that it's easy to find the best one. Really useful. http://www.calorista.com

Check out my blog at www.FoodForLongLife.com. There is no need to trade taste for health. This blog has delicious food (from raw food to vegan to seafood) along with beautiful pictures for each recipe and nutritional information.

This was posted on SE a few weeks ago:

All of the blogs featured there have some great information and recipes!

I know of a great website. She is new but is starting to get a lot of attention. Check it out. http://junkfoodkids.com

Another vote for CheapHealthyGood! She writes for Serious Eats, too, so she MUST be good :-)

Hello,

I've been working on a personal site of mine for several months now and think it might be able to help. I have a tab within my site called, "recipes". It can be found: www.shar-on-nutrition.com

I'd love to know your comments, questions or suggestions :)

Young Living Circle Blog has some healthy recipes, and is getting more all the time. I know one of the authors is getting ready to put their awesome KimChi recipe up.

My blog is all about eating healthy but making it taste just as good as the bad stuff! Hope you enjoy!
